1. Introduction This Privacy Policy applies to the PayFlow app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by the developer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
2. Information Collection and Use The Application is an offline-first expense tracker.
Personal Financial Data: All expense entries, categories, and notes entered by you are stored locally on your device using an SQLite database. The Service Provider does not transmit, store, or view this data on any external server.
Device Data: The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device for advertising purposes.
3. Third-Party Access The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect data such as your Advertising ID, IP address, and usage data to provide personalized ads.

4. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
