Slower detection in Stealth
Shows up when players are in range of civilians or teammates.
Enemies lose track of you for a minimum of 2s and won't target you until you shoot an unsilenced weapon or deal damage to them.
Vanishing from sight. Stopping detection.
Exit smoke or shoot enemy with unsilenced weapon. When spotted PHANTOM is seized for at least 5s.
Increases Armor penetration by 0.5 when active.
Rewards big magazines if skill specifies filling a magazine with HIGH GRAIN ammo.
