At Pay Task Earning App we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully.
This page is the canonical public copy of the in-app Privacy Policy screen (src/views/PrivacyPolicy.tsx). If the two ever drift, treat the in-app screen as authoritative.

1. Information We Collect
To provide features, process reward payouts, and serve ad placements, we collect the following categories:
Account and Profile Information
We collect Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Profile Avatar. Authentication is handled with Firebase Auth and profile data is stored in Firestore.
Advertising and Device IDs
We integrate third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. These SDKs may collect your device Google Advertising ID (GAID) for serving ads and preventing fraud. You can reset this ID or opt out of interest-based ads in your device settings.
Engagement and Transaction Data
We log gameplay activity, daily check-ins, surveys completed, offer participation, and withdrawal requests to ensure correct reward distribution and to detect abuse.
Surveys and Partner Offers
When you participate in surveys or third-party offerwalls, aggregated responses may be collected by partners to provide relevant offers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate user access and secure database updates.
- Process reward distributions and withdrawal requests.
- Track advertising impressions and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Improve app functionality and user experience.
- Communicate with you about account updates, support requests, and optional promotions.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required for app operation:
- Google AdMob (Advertising) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Firebase (Infrastructure) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data while your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are kept for compliance with financial regulations. Upon account deletion we delete or anonymize data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.
5. Security Measures
We use Firebase security rules, HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, and standard access controls. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry practices to protect your data.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing.
California residents (CCPA): Right to know, deletion, and opt-out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
EU/EEA residents (GDPR): Processing is based on consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Account Deletion and Data Erasure
You may request account deletion from inside the app (Profile → Delete My Account) or by emailing tms.taskapp@gmail.com.
In-App Deletion: Open the app → Profile → Delete My Account → type DELETE to confirm → tap delete. We immediately erase profile data, transactions, chat history, and scratch data from Firestore. The Auth identity is queued for server-side deletion and typically removed within 24 hours.
Email Deletion Request: Send a deletion request from your registered email to tms.taskapp@gmail.com.
We fulfill erasure requests within 30 calendar days, subject to legal requirements.
8. Data Safety, Encryption and Transfers
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored in Firebase with server-side encryption at rest. We do not transfer personal data outside Google/Firebase infrastructure without notice.

9. Children’s Privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware we will delete the data and notify the requester.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
