You will be charged a 10% fee for any bookings canceled within 5 days of the stay. You will be denied any further bookings if you refuse to pay the fee. 

There will be an additional charge of $10 per holiday for any bookings scheduled on a holiday. 

*Holidays include: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 

Fuel charges will apply for bookings more than 20 miles from my location. The rate is $1 for every extra mile. 

-Example: If you’re 30 miles away that’s 10 extra miles. The fuel charge will be $10 per visit.
