You will be charged a 10% fee for any bookings canceled within 5 days of the stay. You will be denied any further bookings if you refuse to pay the fee. 

There will be an additional charge of $10 per visit for any bookings scheduled on a holiday. 

*Holidays include: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 

Travel fees will apply for bookings more than 15 miles from my location. The rate is $2 for every extra mile. 

-Example: If you’re 20 miles away that’s 5 extra miles. The travel fee will be $10 per visit.
