Paw Slap - Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Paw Slap mobile application ("Application") created by Ion ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Application

The Application is a casual mobile game provided free of charge. You may use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

• Exploit any bugs, glitches, or unintended features for unfair advantage

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application's systems or networks

• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Application

Intellectual Property

All content within the Application — including but not limited to characters, artwork, animations, sounds, music, and game design — is the intellectual property of the Developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the Application without the Developer's prior written consent.

Advertisements

The Application displays optional rewarded video advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By choosing to watch these advertisements, you acknowledge that the content of the ads is provided by third parties and the Developer has no control over or responsibility for the content displayed in these advertisements.

In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency ("gems") that can be used to unlock cosmetic items such as character skins. All purchases are processed through Google Play's billing system. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play support. The Developer is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made on your device. You are responsible for managing access to your device and Google Play account. In-app purchases provide cosmetic content only and do not affect core gameplay. Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by Google Play.

Promotional Codes

The Developer may issue promotional codes for customer support or marketing purposes. By using a promotional code, you agree to the following: Each promotional code is single-use and can only be redeemed once. Promotional codes cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged with other users. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real currency. The Developer reserves the right to expire or revoke any promotional code at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the promotional code system, including but not limited to attempting to use invalid codes repeatedly, may result in restricted access to this feature. 

Availability and Updates

The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. The Developer is not obligated to provide updates, patches, or support for the Application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Developer does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
