Responsibilities:

• Everything a Pet Care Aide does — plus

• Assist with training and mentoring new team members

• Customers service calls and assist with communication with our pet parents

• Take lead on handling special care instructions or reactive pets

• Support scheduling and client communication as needed

• Doing specialty service that could include (nail trim, teeth cleaning, gland cleaning, haircuts, and  bathing)
  
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in animal care (vet tech, pet sitting, shelter work, etc. a plus)

• Grooming certificate  or  vet  tech  certificate of  completion
  
  
  

• Leadership skills and ability to guide a team
  
  
  

• Excellent communication and reliability
  
  
  

• Willingness to be on-call during high-demand times
