Welcome to Paws-Talk (the “App”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the App

Paws-Talk is a mobile application that allows users to:

• capture photos or videos of pets

• receive AI-generated interpretations of pet mood and behavior

• generate humorous “pet thoughts”

• manage pet care schedules and reminders

• receive pet care tips and notifications

The App is designed for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. No Accounts

The App does not require user accounts.
All usage is anonymous and data is primarily stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your own device and data.

3. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Pet analysis and generated “pet thoughts” are:

• automated interpretations

• estimates based on visual data

• intended for entertainment and general informational use only

They are not veterinary advice, medical diagnosis, or professional behavioral assessment.

Always consult a qualified veterinarian or animal professional for health or behavioral concerns.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• use the App for lawful purposes only

• respect applicable laws and regulations

• only upload or capture media you have the right to use

• avoid using the App in ways that could harm animals or others

You are responsible for how you interpret or act on any suggestions provided by the App.

5. Notifications and Reminders

The App may provide reminders related to:

• feeding

• hydration

• outings

• sanitation

• snack times

• pet care tips

These reminders are convenience tools only.
You remain responsible for the care and wellbeing of your pet.

6. Intellectual Property

All App content, including:

• software design

• interface elements

• graphics

• logos

• generated text formats

are owned or licensed by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• copy or reverse engineer the App

• distribute modified versions

• use branding without permission

7. User Content

Media you create or upload remains yours.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• you have rights to all uploaded media

• your content does not violate laws or third-party rights

The App does not claim ownership over your pet photos or videos.

8. Data Storage

Most data is stored locally on your device.

You can remove your data by:

• deleting entries in the App

• clearing data from settings

• uninstalling the App

Uninstalling removes stored content from your device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the App is provided “as is”

• no guarantees are made about accuracy of AI analysis

• we are not responsible for decisions made based on App content

• we are not liable for damages related to pet care decisions or App usage

10. Updates and Changes

We may update:

• App features

• functionality

• these Terms of Service

Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We reserve the right to restrict use if required for legal or security reasons.
