Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Pawread mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using
the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the App
Pawread is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to interpret pet sounds, behaviors, and emotions. Features include
audio and text-based pet mood translation, AR-based emotion scanning, nearby veterinary clinic location, and an AI-powered pet health
assistant.
All interpretations, translations, and suggestions generated by the App are produced by AI models and are provided for entertainment and
general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to Pawread requires an active paid subscription. We offer two plans:
- Weekly subscription — billed every 7 days
- Yearly subscription — billed once per year
Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew
unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time
through your device's account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable
law.
There is no free tier or free trial. Full access to the App requires a valid subscription.

3. No Veterinary Advice
The App does not provide veterinary or medical advice. AI-generated content, including mood interpretations, behavioral analysis, health
tips, and chat responses, is not a substitute for professional consultation with a licensed veterinarian. Always consult a qualified
vet for any health concerns about your pet. Do not delay or disregard professional veterinary advice based on anything provided by the
App.
The vet locator feature uses third-party map data (OpenStreetMap) to display nearby clinics. We do not verify the accuracy,
availability, or quality of any listed veterinary practice.

4. AI-Generated Content
Results produced by the App are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific pet. Animal
behavior and communication are complex; no AI system can reliably translate or interpret them with scientific certainty. You use all
AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the App's services
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit content generated by the App without our written permission

6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and technology within the App are the property of Pawread and its licensors. You are granted a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you
consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including but not limited to Google Gemini (AI), OpenStreetMap/Overpass API (vet locator), and
RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not
responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App
will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties,
including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawread and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to harm to your pet resulting from
reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the
revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email where possible.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
