When you register a Pawn Billing shop account, the app may collect:

Important: These customer and pawn records are primarily stored locally on the device and are not automatically uploaded as a complete customer database to our servers.
The app requests Camera permission to:
Capture customer photographs.
Capture pawn item or jewellery photographs.
Attach images to pawn records.
Photos captured by the app are used for local business record management. They are not automatically uploaded to our servers or used for advertising.
The app may use device storage to:
Store local customer, pledge and transaction records.
Store customer and pawn-item photographs.
Save receipts and reports.
Create and restore backups.
Export files.
Allow users to share receipts or reports through apps selected by the user.
The information collected is used only to:
Manage pawn records.
Calculate loans and interest.
Generate receipts.
Print and export reports.
Maintain customer transaction history.
Manage business records.
Manage the user's shop account and related services.
Provide Sakha AI business-assistant functionality.
Customer, pledge, transaction and photograph records entered into Pawn Billing are primarily stored locally on the user's device using the application's local database and storage.
Account-related information and certain service-related information may be processed using Supabase, which provides authentication and backend services for Pawn Billing.
Information transmitted to our backend services is sent using encrypted HTTPS communication.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Information may be transmitted to service providers when necessary to provide specific Pawn Billing functionality, including:
Supabase, for account authentication and backend services.
Google Gemini, through our Supabase Edge Function, for the Sakha AI feature.
Information may also be shared when:
You explicitly choose to share a receipt, report, or other information with another application.

Pawn Billing uses certain third-party services to provide application functionality.
Supabase
Supabase is used for account authentication and backend services, including server-side functionality required by the application.
Google Gemini API
Pawn Billing's Sakha AI feature uses the Google Gemini API through a Supabase Edge Function.
When a user requests a supported Sakha AI operation, relevant business context may be transmitted to the Supabase Edge Function and processed by Google Gemini to generate the requested response.
Depending on the operation, this may include information such as:
Shop/business name
Active loan or pledge count
Current gold and silver rates
Other relevant business context required to answer the user's request
The application does not send the complete local customer database to Gemini as part of normal Sakha AI operation.
Google Play Services
The application may use Google Play Services required for Android and Google Play functionality.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure.
Communications between the application and backend services use encrypted HTTPS connections.
Pawn Billing is intended for business use only and is not designed for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Access and edit records stored in the application.
Delete local customer and business records.
Request deletion of your Pawn Billing account and associated server-side account information.
Request deletion of other applicable server-side data associated with your account.
Users can request deletion of their Pawn Billing account and associated account information.
