FAQ

Things to bring on boarding day :

• 1. Food, and treats for their complete stay. Any medication if it is required during their stay.
     
     

  2. Food bowl
     
     

  3. Leash, collar and/or harness that your dog is comfortable with.  Please do not bring any training collars (chains, pinch collars, e-collars) or collars with spikes on them.  
     
     

  4. Dog bed/crate, blanket if needed.
     
     

  5. Toys (few different types) - chew toy is good to keep the pet busy.
     
     

  6. Poop bags
     
     

  7. Paper/wet towels (to wipe feet after walk)
     
     

  8. Sweater/Raincoat, Grooming brush, Cleansing wipes  (if applicable)
     
     

  9. Anything else that you think I will need 

Note : Nails trimmed before boarding and if possible a bath as well will be highly appreciated. 

There is a pre-boarding form, we will ask you to fill out which consist of all the details we will need from you.  Majorly we need to know the following information : 

1. Dietary restrictions

2. Medications, injuries, or health concerns

3. Behaviour concerns (eg. scared with new people, does not like other dogs, etc)

4. Socializing restrictions (eg. only plays with larger dogs, does not like men, etc)

5. Vet information and emergency contact number (family/friend) in case I need to reach out when you’re away.

Please submit a booking request form (its available on the Booking Request Tab), and we will get back to you to confirm our availability for those dates.

• On or before the first day we will need proof of vaccines (Rabies, Parvo, Distemper, and Bordetella) as well as proof of a flea and lice treatment (Revolution or Advantage Multi are the brands we recommend).

• Failure to do so can cause the booking to be cancelled.

• Vet information and emergency contact number (family/friend) in case we need to reach out when you’re away.  

All dogs over 1 year of age must be spayed or neutered

Drop off and Pick up times:
Mon - Fri   : 8 am - 6 pm
Sat - Sun : 9 am to 5 pm

Overnight boarding is for 8+ hours from the time the pet has been dropped of.
Day care is for maximum for 8 hours.
Note that if the pick ups are after 8+ hours boarding charges will be applied.
