These are pages from a book owned by Louis and handed down, History of Buffalo and Erie County in the World War, 1914 - 1919, compiled by Daniel J. Sweeney, 1919. Louis pasted mimeographed text and wrote notes in a few locations. His copy of Mr. and Mrs. Bragg's letter to the East Aurora Advertiser in also in here.

The following document is from the US WW1 Museum in Kansas City MO. It is the 28th Division History in WW1 from their archives. It corroborates many of Louis accounts, including Armistice, (minus the admission of the US troops lighting red, white, and blue flares the night of 11/11/1918), and the men and places in his accounts. On Pg. 15, we believe Louis to be the soldier in the lower photo, lower row, far right.
