Challenges for Indians staying abroad

NRI,  OCI, POI face a  challenging situation back home when they are out of the country. They need  to take care of their aged parents who live in India or have them shuttle between India and  NRI’s  residence outside  India. When  the parents are in India, a good place for  the  elders  to reside and someone trustworthy to take care of  them  is in the top of  their mind. Additionally, Indians staying abroad may also want to visit the  elders on a holiday and spend a few days staying with them or staying at a place in  the City nearby. That dual serving place is what “Pavilion” offers, located  in Central  Bengaluru  District (CBD).

“Help-one-Other” - NRI, OCI, PIO, around the  world would have had parents, mentors, teachers, close relatives, well wishers, genuine  friends help you as  part of your successful career success journey.  Those who helped at time of need  are now aged  and need to be taken care of. You  know them, want  to help  them, show your  gratitude  for   their service, but  you  are stuck in  a different   country.  Pavilion  offers  you that opportunity  to   be  a  sponsor to those  people  of your choice  with  that  need. This person being sponsored could be  your parents, near relative, Teacher, Mentor, Guru, best  lifetime friend.

Pavilion is a luxurious,  safe assisted living retirement home. It  is ideally suited for residents who will get individualized medical care, wholesome vegetarian meals prepared according to their preferences, wellness programs, and physical activities that encourage both their physical and mental well-being for active and healthy aging. 

Pavilion concept origin

The  concept stems from my own  personal experience. Having lived in  the US for  30+   years, I had always wanted  to  take care of my  aging parents. While it was a no-brainer to have them come to  US, various reasons do not permit it to be  a reality at all times.   Now my mother who is 94  has been a big source  of  inspiration and  the pillar of strength in  getting this started.

Vision

The Vision  at Pavilion  is to create  a  home for Elderly people. Pavilion  is open  for Vegetarians, who are 60+ years of age, and have  a  sibling  living outside India.  It is open  to people who believe in “help-one-other”. The founders aim to provide Luxury living lifestyle at the  center  of the city.  

Mission

Our mission   is to  evolve this  as a nearly free  stay  for deserving  elders, widows in  need over a period of time. Our aim  is to achieve this  with  collective sponsorship from like minded  individuals who  have a  desire to share be it in terms of finance, material  purchase or  other  means. We have a facility coming  up at CBD that can accommodate  30  people. We  plan  to start 10%  reserved  for "free stay" and  gradually  improve that  by   reinvesting   any profit and aid. Our Mission  is  to keep it small, simple and  affordable.

Values

Providing  Comfortable living, Peace  of  Mind,  Maintain quality  life style, eat healthy, stay fit  and  enjoy  life to fullest are hallmarks  of  stay at Pavilion.
