Request Access to Your Information

You may contact us to ask whether Pause Act maintains personal information associated with you.

You may request deletion of personal information associated with Pause Act where applicable.

Some information may need to be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Subscriptions

Pause Act offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium meditation content and features.

Available subscription options may include:

Monthly Access — billed monthly

Annual Access — billed yearly

The exact subscription price is displayed in the app and on the App Store before purchase and may vary depending on your country, region, currency, or applicable taxes.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Renewal charges are processed by Apple according to the terms and pricing shown at the time of purchase.

You can manage or cancel your Pause Act subscription from:

Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Pause Act

You may also manage your subscriptions directly through your Apple Account.

Deleting the Pause Act app or requesting deletion of information from Pause Act does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.

Pause Act does not directly collect or process your payment-card information. App Store purchases and subscription billing are processed by Apple.

Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased a Pause Act subscription using the same Apple Account, you can use the Restore Purchases option available in the app to restore eligible subscription access.

Terms of Use

Your use of Pause Act and purchases made through the application are subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

By downloading, purchasing a subscription to, or using Pause Act, you agree to the applicable Terms of Use and Apple App Store terms.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Pause Act may use limited analytics or diagnostic information to understand app performance, improve functionality, and identify technical issues.

Pause Act may use services such as Firebase Analytics for analytics and product improvement purposes.

Where a privacy control is available inside Pause Act, you can use that setting to manage the corresponding preference.

You can also review privacy controls available through iOS Settings.

Tracking Preferences

If Pause Act requests Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission, you can review or change that permission from:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

Pause Act may use technologies or services related to advertising attribution and campaign measurement, subject to applicable privacy settings and permissions.

If tracking permission is requested, you can choose whether to allow or deny tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
