Paulwat Foundation was registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 on 3rd June 2022, and subsequently under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 on 15th February 2023, with its office located at Vasai, Palghar, vide registration numbers MH 322/2022 (Palghar) and F-11299 (Palghar) respectively. 

The trust is registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 – Registration No: AAFTP2931EE20241. 

It is also approved under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 – Registration No: AAFTP2931EF20251.
