1. Service Agreement

• All detailing services are performed by professional technicians at your specified location

• Customers must provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, condition) when booking

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses safety risks or requires repairs beyond detailing

2. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and service package selected

• Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, severe stains, or oversized vehicles

• Full payment is due upon service completion (cash, credit/debit cards accepted)

• Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a $25 cancellation fee

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time

• Remove personal belongings before service

• Provide water/electricity access if needed for mobile service

• Disclose any known vehicle issues (leaks, sensitive surfaces, etc.)

4. Limitations of Liability

• While we take utmost care, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage

  • Mechanical issues unrelated to our services

  • Items left in the vehicle during detailing

• Maximum liability for any service-related claims is limited to the service cost

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

• We stand behind our work with a 24-hour guarantee

• Report any concerns immediately for resolution

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of service completion

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Santa Clarita County courts.
