He is the contemporary Rwandan artist residing in Kigali-Rwanda, He is a true maestro across various artistic mediums. Armed with a graphic arts and design degree from ‘Ecole d’Arts de Nyundo’ he skillfully maneuvers through graphite on paper to vivid hues of watercolor, painting, and digital illustrations not to mention a mind in fashion design.

Paulin’s artistic journey began in his childhood mirroring his brother’s drawings and immersing himself in the world of his beloved book images. As he grew up, Paulin’s fascination expanded to the intricacies of daily life, historical and cultural narratives, and personal experience. During high school, Paulin honed his crafts as an internee at  Ipfundo Art Ltd, showcasing his prowess as a painter before finding his creative hand at Sunday’s art hub. 

Grounded in deep wells of inspiration drawn from personal stories and nuances of human existence, his works often feature poignant portraits, juxtaposed compositions, and three-dimensional figures and elements of nature. Beyond aesthetics, Paulin’s work passionately advocates peace, change, and prosperity, illustrating the profound connection between dreams and reality. Through his art, he invites viewers to contemplate the essence of existence and beauty embedded in the relationship that defines our shared journey.
