I am an environmental economist working on applied microeconomic and interdisciplinary research related to climate change, development, and natural resources. I use satellite and non-traditional data in many of my projects.Â
My job market paper evaluates the effectiveness of a reforestation program in post-mining areas. Other research examines the limitations and benefits of private environmental tools, such as carbon markets projects.
My research agenda spans the political economy of climate change, gender environmental politics, and the evaluation of climate policies and programs.
