IN THE WORKS
Paul Germano is currently juggling book projects in various stages of completion. Three short fiction collections are on the front burner, two more are on the back burner and a horror novella is in the broiler. Plus, he is continually writing stories, some that might find their way into one of the collections and others that will not. Are any of the books already completed? That answer, not given here, depends on when you’re reading this.
FRONT BURNER
CHILL This collection consists of eight horror stories. Four are previously published short stories and four are new novelette-length stories.
LEARN BABY LEARN A fiction mix of new and previously published school-themed stories.
QUICK A fiction collection consisting entirely of micro and flash fiction. The shortest stories are a mere 12 words and the longest stories are just shy of 1,000 words.
BACK BURNER
FAR FROM HOME A short fiction collection of new and previously published stories focusing on themes of being away from home.
WORKING STIFFS A gritty short-fiction collection of working-class people rolling with the punches and struggling to make ends meet.
THE BROILER
MAN WALKS INTO A BAR A horror novella about, you guessed it, a man who walks into a bar. The bar, called the Cherrywood Tavern, is an upscale establishment with jazz on the jukebox, ceiling fans overhead and trouble in the air.
