Paul Garcia H.  

I am an economist at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER), University of Essex. My research primarily focuses on education,  human capital development, and labour economics, with a focus on how early-life characteristics shape life-course outcomes.

Currently an ADR UK (ESRC) Research Fellow examining how early skills relates to long-term outcomes. Co-Investigator on an ESRC SDAI project examining the effects of teacher mental health on children's outcomes, and a member of the core research team on a Nuffield Foundation project evaluating restorative practices in English schools.
