I am a Senior Research Officer at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER), University of Essex, and a Senior Data Analyst and Training Officer for Understanding Society (UKHLS). My research primarily focuses on education, human capital development and labour economics, with a focus on how early-life characteristics shape life-course outcomes.
I am also an Administrative Data Research UK (ESRC) Research Fellow, where I examine how cognitive and socio-emotional development in early childhood relates to later offending behaviour. This work uses linked administrative data from the Ministry of Justice and the Department for Education , my work aims to provide policy-relevant evidence on early intervention and prevention.
