In 1994, Paul Daugerdas embarked on a new chapter by joining the Law Offices of Altheimer & Gray as a partner. A subsequent period from 1999 to 2002 saw him serve as a Shareholder/Partner at the Law Offices of Jenkens & Gilchrist, where he effectively managed the Chicago office while co-directing the Tax Practice.
