I am an Assistant Professor in Economic History in the Department of Economics at Universitat Jaume I of Castelló de la Plana. My research spans economic history, with special interest in topics related to human capital, living standards and the elaboration of historical datasets.

I earned my PhD in Economic History in 2023 at Universitat de València, under the supervision of Professors Daniel A. Tirado and Alfonso Díez-Minguela.

Prior to joining Universitat Jaume I, I worked at the University of Siena as a postdoctoral researcher between 2022 and 2025, as part of the research project Lost Highway.
