Supplies Needed: Plates, colander, knives, cutting board, napkins, cream cheese or anything spreadable
Optional: flour tortilla, deli meat
How to proceed
Wash hands prior to preparing the food.
Pick one large leaf of lettuce, swiss chard, cabbage, spinach or kale to wrap your vegetables. If you want to make more than one wrap, then cut the leaf in half or pick more leaves.
Now pick other vegetables in the garden or grab other vegetables from your refrigerator. Wash and cut.
All vegetables to be placed in the lettuce leaves need to be cut bite size or smaller.
Once all the vegetables are cut up, decide if you want to use a leaf or tortilla as the outside of the wrap.
Lay down the wrap, leaf or tortilla, on a plate.
Spread cream cheese or some other spreadable on the leaf or tortilla.
Place the ingreaients you want in your wrap on a leaf. You can eat as a taco or wrapped like a burrito.
Fold or wrap and enjoy!
