Supplies: seed (various types), grains (various types), cardstock or paper, glue, pencils (small bag of seeds/grains in garden supply bag)
Steps:
Find an area you can work comfortably.
You will be gluing seeds to cardstock or paper to create a picture. The picture may be drawn by you or you can use a picture from a coloring book.
Ask your parents which seeds or grains you can use to create art. Once you have a variety of seeds and/or grains you will need a picture.
Take a blank piece of cardstock/paper or a picture from a coloring book.
If you choose to draw your own design, then draw a picture that does not have tiny details. Any small detail or design might be hard to see when gluing seeds.
Work on one section at a time. Start with one shape or section in your picture. Squeeze some glue inside the shape. Spread the glue with your finger or tip of the glue container.
Put seeds on glue.
Continue gluing seeds a section at a time. Use different seeds in each section. See below.
Lie flat until dries.
Once the glue dries you can slide the excess seeds off.
