Supplies: Pencils, clip boards, shape hunt worksheet (yellow paper handout in garden supply bag)

Steps:

1. You will be looking for the following shapes (triangle, square, circle, and oval).

2. Use worksheet from garden lesson supplies or print out PDF of the worksheet (see below) or bring a blank piece of paper.

3. If you bring worksheet and a pencil on your walk, you will be drawing what you find. See example below.

4. Look for as many things as you can. Some shapes are easier to find than others.

5. What shapes did you find? Name each shape and describe the objects you observed for that shape.

6. Does this object have one or more shapes?
