Buyer/Broker Agreement: Our legal obligations to represent you as a buyer begin after a buyer/broker agreement is signed. This allows us to begin working on your behalf.
Understanding Your Financing Options: Mortgage Financing is an integral part of the home ownership experience, as most home buyers require financing in order to purchase their home. There are a wide variety of financing options that are available to prospective home buyers. Our home financing resources can help you navigate the financing options that may be available for you. If you have not started the process of getting pre-approved for a loan, it is crucial to begin the process as soon as possible so you know how much home you can afford.
Becoming Pre-Approved for a loan: Getting pre-approved for a loan is the next most important step to take. When you receive a loan pro-approval from a reputable lender, we can begin the process of searching for your next home.
Identifying Your Housing Needs: To help us find that perfect place for you to call home, we will need great details of what you are looking for. What home size? What possible location? What is the family size?
Searching for Homes: After we have narrowed down all your needs, my team will send you homes that match your criteria. You can also help in the search by sharing homes you are interested in. Then, we will schedule appointments to tour those homes and analyze potential properties.
Making a Purchase Offer: My team will research the market of a potential property to make a strong offers, without overpaying.
The Purchase Agreement: Once the purchase agreement is accepted, we will open escrow. This is where the real work begins from ordering inspections, appraisal, and communicating with the lender all the way to close of escrow. My team has the experience to negotiate in your behalf and help you through the whole process.
Closing the Purchase Transaction: This is the day when you get the keys to your new home. We will get you to the finish line and celebrate with you this great accomplishment!
