Paulina is the principal investigator for her Wellcome funded research Maternal Machines: Design Speculations about Fantasies of Care , exploring imaginaries and design opportunities with technologies related to maternal and infant care.
Paulina is a research fellow, designer and lecturer at MA industrial design at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.

Caroline is an assistant professor at the Somabotics Lab, University of Nottingham. She works at the intersection of creative design, Human-Computer Interaction, soft robotics and haptics design. She led a Digital Future Postdoc Fellowship at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, exploring guidelines for digital social touch that might communicate social, affective and caring content.

Elia is a Lecturer in Computational Design at University College London. His research interests include the study of human perception and cognition in the interaction with novel technologies. He has a BSc in Psychological Sciences and a MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from University of San Raffaele. Elia's PhD in Design at Polytechnic of Milan explored novel haptic devices for virtual prototyping and assistive applications.

Matt is a lecturer, design researcher and Associate Dean of Research at CSM. He is a Research Fellow in Critical Design in the Socially Responsive Design and Innovation Hub.
He has published and spoken internationally on critical design, regularly writing and reviewing for leading design journals including Design and Culture (Bloomsbury) and Design Issues (MIT press).
