This section describes how to draw some models of periodic tessellations with one or more stars or rosettes as central motif, using the radial extension method.

For each model, it provides an outline of the tessellation and explains how to construct the repeat unit. The final periodic tessellation is obtained through multiple translations of the colored repeat unit.
