• First and foremost, we are an FFL. We require all customers purchasing firearms do a background check. Per Indiana state law, there is no ID that will override this (e.g. handgun carry permit).

• We do not do private party sales without filling out a 4473 transaction record and a NICS background check.

• If you are delayed for any reason, we allow 4 business days before your firearm may be picked up.

• We adhere to all state laws regarding firearms including assault weapons bans, magazine restrictions, etc. If you purchase a firearm and are knowingly from one of the state listed below, we will retain a 5% compliance fee of your total and refund the rest to you. States with these policies are as follows:

• If you order a firearm that must be shipped to us and are picking it up from us, we will notify you the whole step of the way regarding it's transit process. Please do not come to address unannounced without being notified for us to schedule your appointment for pickup.

• All sales are final. If there is an issue with your weapon, please contact the manufacturer directly.

• For any denied or cancelled NICS background checks, there is a 25% re-stocking fee required.

• If you are purchasing a firearm elsewhere and having it shipped to us for transfer, you MUST notify us prior.

• All liabilities are released from Patriot Industries once customer has taken possession of any product purchased from Patriot Industries

• Layaway Policy: we now offer layaway options! Please utilize the Contact Us in order to provide us with what you would like to order. At that time, we will reach out to you to confirm everything. A minimum of 25% is required up front to begin the process with a minimum of $150 remaining. If the upfront is 25% is less than $100, you will be required to pay $100 upfront. A form will be sent to you with your payment terms attached that will be required to sign & initial. We will then provide 2 options for payment:

  • 1: Pay at your own pace: this option is great for our customers wanting custom builds for their firearms. This allows us to order your parts as you pay. Note: with this plan, there is a 3% convenience charge.

  • 2: Autopay program: with this program, we will set up installment payments that will be on autopay from your card based on the remaining balance. There is no convenience charge for this service.

    • Remaining balance payment options:

      • $150 - $399 - 30 Days

      • $399.01 - $599 - 60 Days

      • $599.01 and greater - 90 Days

• All builds are to be paid for up front

• Per ATF regulations, if we build a firearm for you, the manufacturer will be appended from the original (e.g. Aero Precision, Palmetto State Armory, etc.) to Patriot Industries.

• If your manufactured firearm malfunctions and we are contacted within 14 days, no fee is charged. If it is past 14 days from date of purchase, a $25 assessment fee will be charged.

• If it is found that a firearm has been modified illegally (e.g. attempted to convert to a machine gun, remove serial numbers, etc.), Patriot Industries reserves the right to report it to authorities and have the weapon destroyed at the customer's expense.

As a manufacturer of machine guns, we have a very strict policy on selling them. In order for us to sell a full auto, the following requirements MUST be met:

• Be a licensed SOT

• Have a letter from Law Enforcement or government agency that provides all the requirements of a LAW Letter which can be found HERE

• Be willing to use ATF eForms to electronically do the transfer

Patriot Industries firearms already include shipping and taxes. Non Patriot Industries firearms will not include shipping. This will be billed to you prior to shipping it out to your FFL. We apologize for the inconvenience.
