Patriotic Pool Noodle Wreath
Looking for a fun and festive DIY that won’t break the bank? Today, we’re turning a simple pool noodle into a colorful patriotic wreath using just ribbon and foam stars! This easy-to-make project is perfect for Memorial Day, the 4th of July, or any occasion where you want to show off your red, white, and blue spirit—no fancy tools or skills required!
Form the Wreath Base:
Bend the noodle to bring the ends together, sliding the exposed part of the dowel into the opposite end.
Secure the joint with duct tape, wrapping it tightly to ensure stability.
Wrap with Ribbons:
Starting with your widest ribbon, wrap it around the wreath at a slight angle, securing the end with hot glue.
Repeat the process with the remaining two ribbons, alternating the direction of the wrap for a dynamic pattern.
Ensure each ribbon overlaps slightly to cover the pool noodle completely.
Add Decorative Elements:
Using hot glue, attach the foam stars to the wreath in in can cluster them in one area or space them evenly around the wreath.
Prepare for Hanging:
Cut a piece of ribbon or use a wreath hanger to display your creation on your front door or wall.
