Welcome

I am Professor of Innovation Management at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich (in an interim capacity). Prior to joining the University of the Bundeswehr Munich, I was postdoctoral researcher and faculty member (Akademischer Rat) at the University of Passau.

My research covers topics in innovation management, entrepreneurship, organization science, and information systems. I am particularly interested in how new technologies transform organizations, and how individuals and teams create, share, and use knowledge in increasingly technology-enabled environments. For instance, my research examines how artificial intelligence tranforms collaboration and learning in teams, and how founders shape the innovation activities within their organizations.

In my research, I draw on a range of empirical methods, including experiments, quantitative analyses of large-scale datasets, and computational approaches. I aim to combine rigorous, theory-driven research with questions that are relevant to organizations and society.
