Patrick Smith is an Emmy Award-winning journalist based in New York City. He has written for The New York Daily News, The Uptowner, NBC.com, The Brooklyn Daily Eagle and The Bridge.

Patrick was a producer for NBC Sports' coverage of the 2016 Olympics and currently works as a producer for Sports Illustrated's daily sports round-up "SI Now". H is also the lead producer for GOLF.com's "Tour Confidential" and "Expert Picks". He previously worked as a field producer for NY1.

He is a graduate of Columbia's Graduate School of Journalism and holds an MA from Johns Hopkins in international relations and a BA in communications from the University of Illinois.
