When I was researching the unidentified bodies with the Baltimore City Cold Case Unit they gave me the name of murder victim that was never listed or written about in the Baltimore Sun. Patrick Maxwell, a black male who was 27 was found in the 4700 block of Franklintown Road on May 2, 1994. I looked up Patrick Maxwell in the Judiciary Case Search and found a Patrick Maxwell who was born in April of 1967 and lived in 5000 block of Elmer Ave.. This Patrick Maxwell had a criminal case where charges had been levied in April of 1994 but the case was declared stet in July of 1994. Although, he had a traffic case in 1992 and he didn't appear there either.
If someone can shine a light on this I'd appreciate it.
