Just Breathe explores the contrast between the visible scars of the past and the invisible mental strain of contemporary life. While modern advancements have reduced physical trauma and recovery time, daily existence has become increasingly defined by digital consolidation, constant verification, and ambient vigilance.
Moving from generational surgery to the landscape of hyper-connected systems, the piece reflects on what has been gained in efficiency and what has been quietly lost in presence, patience, and human connection.
