The Patitinan High School, one of secondary schools in Sagnay, was established thru the initiative of Hon. Zayda O. Baron during her first term as the Barangay Captain of this Barangay in response to the call and request of the community which the primary reason is the distance from the nearer secondary school in support of Mr. Joel Dela Vega, Principal 1 of Sibaguan Agro-lndustrial High School. Its location IS 24.27 kilometers away from Poblacion of Sagnay. This learning institution has started in school year 2011-2012 with fifty-nine (59) enrollees. At present this academic community caters with two hundred six (206) learners of this barangay, where the farthest Sino named Garang and Rawis are seven kilometers away from the school. The teaching force is composed of seven (7) permanent teachers handling Grade 7-10. There are four (4) institutional concrete classrooms with an average class size of fifty - one (51) students. Considering the status of the School as an annex. the improvement relies in the mother school. However, many of the stakeholders are willing to donate and one of the donations received by the school just this school year is 25 units' computers from Board of Investments. Parents are also cooperative despite the fact that most of them are laborers and fishermen

The school has won in district, congressional, division and regional level in sports especially in athletics. This year the students are motivated to join In academic, co-curricular and curricular activities in the District and Division and other contest sponsored by the Local Government Unit to bring honor to the school.

At present it has six (6) permanent teacher deployed from the mother school, Sibaguan Agro- Industrial High School headed by Jose V. Obias, a Head Teacher - PATHS population is 199 from grades 7-10
