All photos you capture or import are processed locally on your device. We do NOT upload, store, transmit, or have access to the content of your photos or media on our servers. Edited images are saved only to your device's local storage, in the location you choose.

- Device information (model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, Advertising ID)

- IP address and approximate location (country/region level)

- App usage data (features used, filters applied, session duration, crashes, performance metrics)

- Network information (carrier, connection type)

d) Advertising Identifiers

- Google Advertising ID (GAID) for personalized advertising

- App Set ID for analytics and fraud prevention

We do NOT collect:

Patina: Retro Vintage Camera displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and partner ad networks through mediation. These ads may be personalized based on your interests.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland: We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive. You may update your consent choices at any time within the App settings.

You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, contact us at the email below.

5. PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST

Patina: Retro Vintage Camera requests the following device permissions. You may grant or deny these at any time through your device settings; some features will not function without them.

- CAMERA: Required to capture photos within the App. Used only while you are actively using the camera feature. No images are transmitted off your device.

- READ access to PHOTOS / MEDIA / IMAGES: Required to let you import existing images for editing. The App reads only the images you select. We do not scan, index, upload, or collect your photo library.

If you deny these permissions, you can still use the App, but camera capture and photo import features will be unavailable.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Patina: Retro Vintage Camera is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

For mixed-audience contexts, we apply Google Play Families Policy requirements where applicable, including disabling personalized advertising and limiting data collection for users identified as children.
