Harvest festival
The Harvest Festival is a thanksgiving celebration for a bountiful farming season in San Isidro, Isabela. Since farming is the town’s primary industry, every community takes part in the celebration. Families prepare and share their harvests with the church and neighbors as a sign of gratitude and unity. Held in honor of San Isidro Labrador, the patron saint of farmers, the festival features lively parades, dances, and religious events—highlighting the town’s deep connection to agriculture and communal spirit.
Known for being a kind and giving place, San Isidro serves out pricey and delectable food to its guests, but in return, they assist with dishwashing. Additionally, food for the guests to take home is wrapped. This type of labor, which shows respect for all other community members, is done by every household in San Isidro.
Bayanihan Spirit (Helping One Another)
Neighbors come together during planting, harvesting, or even in building homes a practice rooted in the tradition of bayanihan. This strong sense of unity and cooperation remains alive, especially in the rural areas of San Isidro, Isabela. Community members also extend help to families affected by typhoons, offering food, labor, or shelter. Even during celebrations, everyone lends a hand from preparing food to cleaning up showcasing a culture of shared responsibility and compassion.

Simbang Gabi
Simbang Gabi is a cherished tradition in San Isidro, Isabela, where the community gathers for nine consecutive dawn or evening Masses from December 16 to 24. This practice reflects the town's deep Catholic faith and strong sense of community .
