1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application Storm Supply Rotation (package name com.appsorder.stormsupplyrotation), provided by PATIENTFLOW SYSTEMS LIMITED.

The app is designed to help households review severe-weather conditions and keep emergency supplies on a practical replacement and readiness schedule.

2. Supply and checklist information

You may manually create and maintain information inside the app, including:

• storm-supply items and categories;

• quantities, readiness states, and replacement dates;

• rotation reminders and preparation notes;

• water, batteries, pantry, first-aid, charging, document, and personal-essential checklist entries;

• readiness information generated from the current supply board.

This supply-board information is designed to be stored locally on your device and used for the app's checklist and readiness functions.

3. Forecast checks and cached weather information

Storm Supply Rotation can request weather information when you choose to perform a forecast check. You may enter a city name or coordinates manually for this purpose.

A forecast response may be cached on the device so that a recent summary and risk information remain available after the forecast has been checked. Cached information may include forecast values or derived risk bands relating to rain, wind, and storm conditions.

Forecast information is provided for planning convenience and should not replace official emergency alerts, evacuation orders, or instructions from local authorities.

4. Location and coordinates

The app does not require GPS tracking for its core functionality. It does not need continuous background location monitoring to maintain your supply board.

If you type coordinates into the forecast field, those coordinates are treated as information you intentionally provide for a weather lookup. A manually entered city name can be used instead.

5. Internet requests and third-party weather services

Forecast functionality requires an internet connection when a new weather check is requested. Information necessary to complete that request—such as a city name, coordinates, and standard technical request information—may be transmitted to the weather service used by the app.

The external weather provider may process network information according to its own privacy practices. Storm Supply Rotation does not use the forecast request to create an in-app advertising profile or user account.

Supply-list content stored locally on the device is not required to be sent to a weather provider in order to request a forecast.

6. Sale, advertising, and sharing

PATIENTFLOW SYSTEMS LIMITED does not sell the locally stored supply-board information you enter into Storm Supply Rotation.

The app is designed around household preparation and weather checks rather than behavioral advertising. Information is shared with an external service only where technically necessary to complete a user-requested weather lookup or where required by law.

7. Security

Locally stored information is protected primarily by the security of your device and Android environment. Users should keep their device software current and use appropriate device-lock protections.

No electronic storage or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Weather requests necessarily travel across a network when you request updated forecast data.

8. Data retention and user control

Local checklist and supply data remains on the device until you remove it through available app controls, clear the application's stored data, or uninstall the app, subject to normal device backup or operating-system behavior.

Cached forecast data may remain locally for practical offline review until it is refreshed, cleared, replaced, or removed with other app data.

9. Children's privacy

Storm Supply Rotation is a general household preparedness utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly design the app for the collection of personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy if the app's functionality, weather services, data practices, or legal requirements change. The current version may be published with an updated effective date.
