Timeline:
Week 2:
Add greybox hospital as placeholder
Add placeholder character and get movement down
Have basic layout
Week 3-4:
Add placeholder entity to get started with coding logic for the enemy
Try to make patrol and chase arguments
Add unlockable doors with key objects
Halfway Pointl:
Have all logic and mechanics for the game down with objects and functioning environment to be replaced with actual details later
Week 5-6:
Design own assets like corridors and rooms with textures
Experiment with lighting, natural and physical
Experiment with sound
Maybe add a flashlight mechanic?
Week 7-8:
Some props in blender like chairs, beds, doors
Import free textures to save time
Import scary entity or design my own
The finished project should have a functioning building with openable doors with lighting and sound for enemy entity and atmosphere
Objective and mechanics to escape should be not too hard as the main focus of the game is atmosphere and feeling
Week 9-10:
Polishing
UI additions
Main menu possibly
