MISSION STATEMENT

Pathways to Practice is a work-based learning initiative designed to connect students with real-world experiences while they are still in school. Through structured opportunities such as internships, job shadowing, and career exploration placements, students developed the professional, technical, and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Our program emphasizes learning by doing. Students are not just observing, they are actively engaging in meaningful work environments, collaborating with professionals, and gaining exposure to a wide range of career pathways across industries, including technology, healthcare, media, business, and the skilled trades. 

At its core, Pathways to Practice is about building bridges, building school and career, learning and application, and potential and opportunity.
