"THIS WORK IS MADE UP OF SEVERAL SMALL PAINTINGS BY VARIOUS PERSONNEL OF THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN SINGAPORE, AND BY MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES. EACH SMALL WORK IS AN EXPRESSION OF WHAT WAS IN THE ARTIST'S HEART AT THE TIME OF THE WORK'S CREATION. EACH SMALL PAINTING IS THEREFORE, SO TO SPEAK, A PIECE OF THE ARTIST'S HEART.
