We strongly encourage applications from artists who feel their voice or experience is underrepresented in the cultural field. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals facing barriers related to race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, migration status, or socioeconomic background. If you feel your perspective or lived experience is underrepresented, we warmly invite you to apply. At the same time, the program places particular emphasis on sustainable and gender-aware artistic practices that promote equality, respect and care for both people and the environment.
