Before we get into the recipe, What Is Sea moss? Seam moss is a type of algae found in the coasts of the Atlantic Ocean. It is used for medical and hollistic healing because of it is rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and will support your overall health. It is known to contain 92 out of 102 minerals that the human body needs(Iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc). However, you can't just buy any Sea Moss because there are a wide amount of farmers who farm it in a harmful way. Some of these acts include: farming it in pools or controlled environments(this disrupts local ecosystems and can lead to overharvesting). The pools used are almost always artifical pools or in tanks - therefore the farmers rely on chemicals. PathToPotential's mission is to lead you away from these hazards and reintroduce you to the more authentic and healing sea mosses out there, which you can find authentic brands below the recipe!
