At PurePDF Scan, your privacy is our core mission. This app is designed to be a private, offline tool. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data.

Local Processing: All document scanning, image enhancement, and PDF generation are performed locally on your device.

No Cloud Uploads: Your documents and scans are stored strictly in your device's internal storage. They are never uploaded to any servers or cloud services by this app.

OCR: Text recognition is processed on-device. We do not transmit the content of your scans.

2. Third-Party Services

Google Document Scanner API: This app uses Google’s system-level API to provide high-quality scanning. Google handles the camera processing according to its own privacy standards, but the resulting files remain local to the app.

Google Play Billing: If you choose to support the project via a donation, the transaction is handled securely by Google Play. We do not see or store your credit card or payment information.

3. Permissions

Camera: Required to capture document images.

•

Storage: Required to save and manage your PDF files on your device.

4. No Tracking

We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party advertising SDKs. We do not track your location, your usage habits, or your identity.

5. Children’s Privacy

Since we collect zero personal information, our app is safe for users of all ages.
