About Us: Meet the Author
Hello! My name is Farida Safar Sadozai, the creator of this website and a passionate advocate for girls' education in Afghanistan. I was born and raised in Afghanistan, where I completed high school and earned a bachelor’s degree. Having grown up in this environment, I deeply understand the struggles and pain that Afghan girls are enduring today under conditions that deny them basic education and freedom.
Currently, I am pursuing my education in the United States, with plans to earn my MBA and eventually plans to continue with a PhD. My long-term goal is to use my knowledge and experience to establish an educational system that empowers Afghan girls and creates opportunities for them to learn, grow, and thrive. This project is personal to me because I have lived through the same struggles that many Afghan girls are experiencing right now. I believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of oppression and empowering the next generation. Through this website, I hope to raise awareness, share stories, and encourage others to join this cause. Together, we can create a future where every girl has the opportunity to learn and succeed.

Welcome to our advocacy platform dedicated to empowering girls and women in Afghanistan. We are a passionate group committed to raising awareness and support for the education and rights of Afghan girls, believing that every girl deserves the chance to learn, grow, and realize her dreams.
This issue is profoundly important to us because we understand that education is not just a privilege—it is a fundamental human right. Our mission is driven by the harsh realities faced by girls in Afghanistan, where systemic barriers often hinder their access to education and opportunities for a better future.
As a woman who has experienced the transformative power of education in the United States, I carry with me the stories of my sisters in Afghanistan who continue to struggle under oppressive conditions. My journey began in a country where girls are encouraged to pursue their dreams and where education is accessible. Yet, I have not forgotten the voices of my relatives and friends who confront immense obstacles—forced marriages, limited mobility, and a lack of essential resources.
Witnessing their challenges ignited a fire within me to advocate for those who are denied the same opportunities I cherish. Education is not merely about acquiring knowledge; it embodies empowerment, resilience, and the freedom to dream without constraints. My experiences have fueled my passion for championing the rights of Afghan girls aged 6-20, a demographic often overlooked but full of potential.
Through this platform, I aim to amplify their voices, challenge oppressive norms, and contribute to a future where every girl has the right to education and the freedom to pursue her aspirations. By sharing my story and those of my sisters, I hope to shine a light on their realities and the urgent need for support.
Together, we can create a community that stands for justice, equality, and the undeniable right to education for all girls, regardless of their circumstances. We invite you to join us in this vital mission, as we work toward a brighter future for girls in Afghanistan and beyond.
