I suspect that Proton, via Geely, will violate my patent filing, Optimum Hybrid Vehicle, PI 2013700798 based on the report:

This is the essential component of the Optimum Hybrid vehicle patent.
Geely’s Jia Ji MPV that is supposed to replace Exora to be announced soon.
Filing date for Optimum Hybrid Vehicle was 15 Mei 2013.

The Serena S-hybrid is only capable of starting, not running the vehicle unlike this Geely Mild-hybrid. Honda has versions of mild-hybrid but not driven by belt but a special gear which I quoted in my patent filing.
"The Serena S-Hybrid uses what Nissan calls an Alternator Regenerative Control Technology. Compared to a standard Serena, the Serena S-Hybrid has a more powerful ECO (Energy Control Motor) motor that doubles as an alternator and an engine starter motor."
Because it is only a starter motor, it requires a complicated control mechanism patented in 2012-03-13 Priority to JP2012056034.

Similarly for BMW. I do not why they do not provide more power so as to be able to drive the vehicle as well, as in mild-hybrid like Honda and this Geely.
Geely mild-hybrid violates my Optimum Hybrid Vehicle because it uses the belt to drive the engine.
Geely has a patent file in 2010-09-16 Priority to CN2010102838157A,

It uses the starter motor, not the belt.
"Hybrid driving system and corresponding hybrid driving method"", 2012-03-06 Priority to CN2012100561543A.
This is a separate patent for the control sytem.
It is not surprising that the adverse report came just after Geely took over Proton. In 2018, Geely has filed numerous patents improving their earlier patents. Some of which may violate my patent but I have no time to check. MYIPO is suspiciously complicit with Geely in issuing that stupid adverse report.
Please take any necessary action to give warning to Proton and Geely to honour our patent pending invention.
If no response from UMS by 15 April, 2019, I shall write the warning letter to MYIPO enforcement division and CEO of Proton, warning them of their violation.
I have filed a similar patent to UKIPO and will include that in my warning.
