Dear Summoner, in order to increase the stability of the version, we plan to shut down the "Honor of Kings" Experience Server from 10:00-12:00 on August 19th, 2022.
The hero adjustment announcement of the experience server will be directly compared to the configuration of the official server, but not all adjustments will be released on the official server. The test version does not represent the final quality, please understand the summoners.
Shield: 500/650/800 (+5/6.5/8% Max HP) → 700/925/1150 (+7.5/9.5/11.5%Max HP)

After Da Qiao’s adjustment plan was launched on the experience server, the comprehensive experience server data and player feedback are approaching the goal of solving extreme situations and improving Da Qiao’s personal ability. We have also noticed feedback from players that the game habits have changed and it is difficult to adapt after the second skill's effective time/ultimate increase delay is changed. At the same time, data and research show that in most cases in normal games, Da Qiao's second skill will only transmit 1~2 heroes (including Da Qiao herself); while in some extremely high-coordination games, the second skill will only transfer 5 heroes. Teammates cooperate with the ultimate combo, making it difficult for the opponent to counterattack.
As a result, we considered rolling back the second/fourth skill changes and trying new solutions on the premise of keeping the last gain adjustment unchanged , so as to reduce the impact on player habits . We tried to let Da Qiao's second skill only be able to teleport himself + a teammate with the lowest HP (the heroes who are sent back in the circle will display the special effect of returning to the city, and clearly inform the opposing sides). We will continue to pay attention to the feedback after the player experience.

The Lifesteal and Healing formulas are unified into an addition formula, that is:
Amount of Lifesteal/Healing = Panel Recovery/Healing Amount * (1 + (HP Regen Rate - Lethal Damage Rate)) [?]
(Might be like this: you have 10,000 Max HP, 5% HP Regen, and taking a lethal damage 20% of your Max HP. So the healing amount would be = 10% * (1 + (5%-20%)) = 10% * (1 + (-15%)) = 8.5% Max HP = 850 HP. Is it right?)

Teleporting the whole map to help teammates is a mechanism with great potential for development. The current Ultimate is to save teammates in danger, but we are also exploring other possibilities, such as when teammates are healthy, can Liu Bang's Ultimate cooperate with his teammates in ways instead of saving people? For example, when Liu Bang's teammates have strong cutting ability, such as some assassins with strong mobility but lack of CC, if Liu Bang can teleport and follow up in time and provide CC effects, it can form a more powerful opening effect. This special item will provide such an experience. At the same time, in order to make a sufficient and clear difference between the specialization and the original skills, in the previous experience server update, we have also slightly adjusted Liu Bang's original ultimate, focusing its performance more on saving single teammates .
