PSC-GROUP Terms of Service

Part 1 - Community Rules

1. Do not spam.

2. Do not make posts that include abuse, violence, discriminatory remarks, hate speech or insulting remarks to others.

3. Doxxing is NOT allowed.

4. All Discord Terms of Service apply (for members of the Discord server).

5. Do not make excessive orders or demands.

6. All PatoleSoft Terms of Service apply.

7. Do not commit or endorse kleptocracy

8. Do not commit or endorse fraud.

9. Do not share, discuss or promote about any inappropriate sites or content.

10. Do not commit any other actions that are against the control of PSC's administrators.

11. Do not commit any other actions that the administrators may deem inappropriate.

12. Do not share, distribute or advertise any NSFW or sexually explicit, or otherwise age-inappropriate content unless stated otherwise. (NSFW/R15 and R18 content may be discussed only in their respective channels)

13. Refrain from reporting inappropriate actions or user outside of the dedicated place. You may report directly through the PNR raising committee staffs.

13.1. Reporting disruptive behaviour directly through the staff this way may not be considered as violating rule 3.

14. Do not disclose other people's personal and privacy information without explicit permission.

15. Do not commit glitch exploit, sockpuppeting or meet-puppeting.

15.1. Glitch exploit means intentionally using a bug or loophole to gain unfair advantage.

15.2. Sockpuppeting means creating and using multiple accounts to pose as someone else and performing problematic actions.

15.2.1. The use of multiple accounts is allowed, but PSC Group staff may take actions if used to commit inappropriate or harmful actions.

15.3. Meet-puppeting means persuading a friend or acquaintance to create an account specifically to support one's argument in a harmful dispute.

15.3.1 It is perfectly fine for friends and acquaintances to participate in disputes as long as the opinions are from their own and do not violate other rules.

16. Refrain from using the phrases"ぱとぇはかわいい" or "Patole is cute." The joke is getting too old and repetitive.

17. For Discord server members, keep serious and critical discussions in #会議室1 and #会議室2 channels.

18. Criticism that intentionally contains only information that is, or may be, considered detrimental to others is not allowed.

Part 2 - Disclaimer

19. PSC Group, its Discord server and staffs are not affiliated with PatoleSoft in any way.

20. PSC Group, its Discord server and services may be terminated at the administrators' discretion.

21. The PSC Group staffs do not guarantee the perfectness or reliability of the services and Discord server. The staffs are always open to comments and suggestions.

22. The PSC Group administrators are not responsible for any problems that may occur between community members or members of the Discord server.

23. Any violation of the rules may result in warning, or temporary or indefinite ban by PSC Group's administrator without further notice.

24. These terms are subject to change without notice.

In addition, any changes to the rules will only effective after an official announcement is made.
