I am a professional pastry chef who graduated from Auguste Escoffier Culinary School in Boulder, Colorado. As a child, I grew up making homemade breads and cookies with my parents. They hardly ever bought them from the store. Raising my kids, I decided I would do the same thing with them and they LOVED doing it. One day my daughter said, "Mom why don't you go back to school to become a pastry chef." So I did just that!
Through my time in culinary school, I enjoyed researching different flours and learning the science of baking. Now I get to do what I love most and create amazing treats for people.
