 Passumpsic Valley Resort permits uphill travel to ski down, with guidelines and rules to maintain a safe system. Please use extra caution on the slopes. We are not responsible for any injury by skiing, riding, or hiking, and they are not groomed, not patrolled, and may have hidden obstacles when we are not open. To be permitted to travel uphill and ski down, you must sign our safety waiver when you arrive at the resort. Hours permitted: 6 AM-5 PM

Off-season skiing and riding follows these same rules, however we advise extreme caution, as many slopes will have extra hidden obstacles. Even after substantial snowfall, there are extreme hazards. Many trails in spring will have a decent snow pack at the top, and it will vanish as you descend in elevation. Please be prepared to spend a full day walking or skiing when you go off-season.
