Welcome to Passport Photo Go UK ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading, installing, or using Passport Photo Go UK, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms that apply to specific features or services within the App.

   Firebase Analytics Usage:
   Passport Photo Go UK uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous app usage data for the sole purpose of improving functionality and performance. This includes general metrics such as screen visits, app opens, and device types. No personally identifiable information (such as name, photo content, contact details, or device identifiers like IDFA) is collected or stored.
   Ad Personalization:
   The App does not use Firebase or any other service to display personalized advertisements, and no user data is shared for marketing or advertising purposes.
   No Data Collection:
   Currently, Passport Photo Go UK does not collect or store any personal data from users.
   Future Data Collection:
   In the future, Passport Photo Go UK may collect limited user data to enhance app experience (e.g., preferences or feature usage). If that occurs, it will be clearly disclosed through an updated privacy policy, and users will be informed and asked for consent in accordance with applicable laws.
   Advertisements:
   Passport Photo Go UK may display general advertisements in the future to support the app’s development and maintenance. If advertisements are introduced, they will not be personalized using any user-specific data. By continuing to use the app, you consent to this possibility.
   
   

3. USE OF THE APP

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND NO LEGAL ACTIONS
   No Legal Actions:
   Passport Photo Go UK is provided at a low charge and offers a one-year validity. The App allows unlimited photo-taking during this period. If any photos do not meet the expected results, users can retake the photos based on the instructions provided within the app. No legal actions can be taken against the app or its owner for any issues related to photos that do not turn out as expected.
   Limitations by Device or Software:
   The app may be limited by factors such as the user’s hardware (e.g., older models or incompatible devices), operating system limitations, or other technical constraints. Users understand that these limitations may affect performance, and no legal claims can be made against Passport Photo Go UK for such limitations.
   
   

8. RESTRICTIONS
   You agree not to:
   Use the App to upload, post, or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
   Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overload the App's infrastructure.
   Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
   
   

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
   The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled or operated by Passport Photo Go UK. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
